The feeding in the university is one of the great problems that all the university students have, due to all the problems that can be caused when buying balanced food; This means that most students have nutritional decompensation problems and can not perform in the same way in the academic process.

The first problem is the short time you have to eat, since the normal lunch time that is had in most universities, is not enough with the long lines that must be done to get a proper lunch. The second problem is the lack of options for the student to eat enough nutrients, since not all students have the same tastes and this generates that they stop consuming certain offered portions of the daily lunch; for this reason they should give the option in different universities of an exchange of certain things, making the person replace things as they are: vegetables, soups or fruit; so there would not be days when some students had to consume unhealthy food, that in the long term begins to damage the metabolism of the body. The third problem is the little balanced food near the university, since most of the surrounding businesses are responsible for selling foods such as hamburgers, hot dogs or pizzas; which are not the best option for lunch time.

Normally university students eat the first thing we see or can find and where we first see space to eat, but the question is how to achieve this, without affecting our health; Many students decide to take their lunch to the university, but this is not a solution for those who can not carry their lunch every day, so how can the other students have a good diet?

Next, I will name some solutions that other students can take to improve their diet and health status; during the week try to eat fruit inside the classes and in the intermediate spaces during the classes, look for home cooked meals near the university to eat more balanced, only in cases of real need buy fast foods, so that this does not turn into a habit and finally try to go to lunch as a group, as it helps to make it easier to find a place to eat, since some look for the table while others buy the food of all, giving us more time to eat quietly.

In conclusion, feeding is difficult in university life, but there are many solutions to avoid suffering from this, the important thing is to get to know them throughout our journey at the university and thus make our experience easier at lunch time.

Wouldn´t it be interesting to see the Stone age today? To see a community that coexist under these terms?

According to “The Daily Mail” there´s a island in theindic ocean called “North Sentinel Island”. In that island there´s a tribu of hostile indigenous that live in the Stone Age.

Many of tourist and fishermen don´t dare to go close to that island.

That comunity it´s reconiced for killing hundreds of people with arrows and stones, it´s for that reason that we don´t know a lot about them or they´r lenguaje and culture, but we do know that they exists because of the pictures and stories people say about them.

The goberment of India has try to get close to them, but they decided to leave them by they´r own terms given to they could be the most vulnerable society on the planet because of they´r adaptability of the diseases we have now in our industrial comunity.

It´s for that reason that i consider that they should be left alone so they could grow and envolve on their own.

I believe that if we have any kind of contact with them everything will change because they could still be hostile and kill many of our people or just start believing that we migth be God and change all in what they believe.

Today, we have a lot of types about anime and we have the opportunity to see, through television and pc after the passage of time the anime has developed and evolved creating great icons like : Dragon ball , Naruto , Pokemon ,  Yu-Gi-Oh! , Digimon , Knights of the Zidiac , Ranma ½ , Tsubasa, One piece , Astro boy etc some of these animes marked the lives of many persons.

But currently How anime is seen in society? As time passes the anime culture is becoming more accepted an example of this is the events make every years in Corferias  the name of this event is “Sofa” in this a lot of people meet and  has a great variety of activities for its users since this event is divided into different options depending on the tastes the user can choose between the different areas that are in this place for example for the gamers is a tournament of the game League of legends in which the guys can put together groups to play and win this tournament and win different prizes.

This event is characterized for being a place full of fantasy and leisure where they congregate communities involved with video games, science fiction, role-playing and strategy games, comics, fantasy literature, manga , anime and cosplay.

This event has been held in Bogota since 2009 and its success has been such that it is still celebrated and continues to grow even more.

I want to start this article asking me if we do the actions necessary for have one home in order, in peace and healthy. I am sure that the 90% of the people when they arrive to theirs home and this is disorganized, filthy or simply the things are not in its place, they do the possible for change this and put your house back in order and beautiful. good this article is for this mr reader for that you help me to put our home in order.

For nobody is a secret that the environmental situation of our planet is not the best, many places in our planet are starting to feel the consequences of the bad actions that the man has made in search of satiate simply his economics wishes since apparently, we think in own welfare and not as a community, we   do some actions with an economic thought regardless of the damage that may cause to our home and i wonder Money if it is wealth? apparently today yes.

But, are than bad the problems as they tell us? then i tell some problems for that you have a idea about it. it is not only about the progressive degradation of the ozone layer due to greenhouse gases. Neither of the increase of temperatures nor the rupture of the natural cycles of the planet. It's much more than that! Problems as the disappearance of water sources, contamination, deforestation, waste and probably the most important lack of water, the water will be the most valuable element of the 21st century according to certain experts, and you, what are you doing for help your home?

The people generally think that they can not do something for change the destination of the planet, but they do not know how wrong they are, the true change start since the home, since the small actions, since the correct environmental education in the future generations and so, as that popular phrase says "the small changes generate big differences", we start with small steps but what do you can do since your home for help the planet ? really are much the things that you can do as: Separate garbage, use products that can be reused, turn off lights, avoid leaving appliances plugged in, close faucets properly, take your important Recycle everything you can.

These are activities that generate big changes, so that you have an idea I can tell you that we use our own bag in supermarket and not the common plastic bags since these bags have the advantage that they are not disposable and can be reused again and again. They do not have to be discarded and therefore they do not contaminate the environment as if it happens with plastic bags which take around 100 years to decompose. Taking advantage of sunlight can also be of great help, you can leave the blinds open and allow your home to light up naturally, charge small devices like the cell phone with this light, the installation of solar panels is also a great ecological and natural advance for your home and finally we have the easiest and most comforting activity of all, planting trees, this is a simple idea and for no one is it a secret that trees are an important part of the environment since they produce oxygen, purify the air, fertilize the soil, serve of home for some species and also helps to a better future for future generations

Your home is disorganized, filthy and it needs your help, remember that your sons will live here tomorrow, give them a clean house, in order, the planet needs our help, it's up to you, take care of it, because there is only one home and it is called earth

Roger Federer Keeps Making History

I remember the first match I saw of Roger Federer, I was with my old brother and both of us felt a lot things and it was incredible, I was scared, happy, impatient and I feel in the atmosphere so suspense.

It was the Wimbledon Final of 2009, his rival was Andy Roddick, It was an amazing match, a really incredible performance for both players. The title was for Federer who beat Roddick with this score: 3-6 7-6 7-6 4-6 16-14. As you can see, the final set was for death. In that year I was only nine years old and since that moment I started to be fan of Roger Federer, but not only for his talent, his personality is something grateful, the all love him, in every part he receives compliments and when he lose he takes the situation with a lot of humility. He has foundations for the kids in Africa and I think is very helpful for the world.

Now, in 2018, with 36 years old he won again the Australian open and in the Rotterdam Tournament he came back to the number 1 in the atp ranking, so he is the oldest player becoming the number one in the world.

Talking about other good players in the world, Novak Djokovic, Rafael Nadal and Andy Murray consider him as the best player of the history. Let’s take a review of the grand slam that Roger has: Australian Open: 6; Roland Garros: 1; Wimbledon: 8 and US OPEN: 5.

The grand slams are the most important tournaments in the professional tennis, every player dreams to win at least one grand slam in his career and Roger has twenty. Right now, the next goal of this man is win Wimbledon and have the record of most titles in the tennis history, now he has 97 titles and the man who has that record is Jimmy Connors with 109 titles. So we will see if he can make it by the end of his career.

Graffiti as a part of Bogota’s culture

Can you imagine Bogota without graffitis? Have you seen all the pieces that are around of the city? Well if you haven’t I will invite you to look around because graffitis are everywhere.

Bogota has become a gallery of art, because it has many types of graffitis and they transform the city and make it more colorful. One of the best things of Bogota’s graffiti is the quality because most of them are as good as a pieces of art that you usually see in the museums. Another thing about Bogota’s graffiti is that a lot of famous artists have painted in the city and the art is so original thanks to the variety of styles from another artists from other parts of Colombia and the world, for example; DOES, from Netherlands; STINKFISH, from Colombia; PEZ, from Spain and others.

Finally, the graffiti in Bogota is a tourist attraction, there is a tour in the city that shows the graffiti around La Candelaria and this tour has become one of the best things to do in the capital. Bogota’s graffiti has risen in popularity so much that some statistics of some graffiti pages have said that the graffiti in the city is in the top ten of the best graffitis in the world.

However, there were a lot of issues with the graffiti in Bogota because a lot of people though that graffiti was an act of vandalism but the graffiti has slowly becoming in a tool to make the city more colorful. Right now there is a project called Distrito Graffiti that promotes the graffiti in zones that are not very colorful like Puente Aranda, so this project helps the city to be nicer and also changes the ordinary places in a tourist places. In conclusion is better to leave the graffiters makes their art in the city because in better for everybody.

The graffiti at this point has become part of Bogota’s culture because it is one of the things that many people from other parts of the world want to see and they like to learn about, because they see graffiti as a part of Bogota’s identity. Also many painters like to paint typical Colombian art, as well as indian art from Muiscas, Guayu and another tribes.
