Rick and Morty: you have probably heard about it, and you may be aware of the big phenomenon it has become. It is everywhere, from clothes to mugs. Rick and Morty is an amazing TV show full of astonishing visuals and overflowing creativity. Have you given it a try, though?
The TV show produced by
Michael Mendel and from the network Adult Swim, tells the story of Rick an
elder and alcoholic scientist who lives with his daughter’s family who has
invented innumerous gadgets to travel along many worlds and his grandson Morty, a dumb but helpful assistant.
Every episode will transport you to unimaginable
scenarios, meet curious aliens, and make you question what the
hell is happening. Also, the series portrays a multiverse with a big variety of
Ricks and Mortys which reminds comics series such as Marvel or DC Comics.
Nowadays, Rick and Morty has 5 seasons premiered and
another one confirmed. It has been awarded with many prizes as “Best animated
show” by the Critics´ Choice Award and even a Primetime Emmy Award for “Outstanding Animated Program”. In addition, the
whole show has got an amazing performance in the ratings, getting from 91% to 96% per season in Rotten
Tomatoes.
